Uniting the workers that make Las Vegas the Entertainment Capital of the World

We are the performers, musicians, and crew who bring Las Vegas entertainment to life. As members of Actors’ Equity, IATSE, AGMA, and AFM, we are dedicated to fostering solidarity across the industry and supporting efforts to unionize productions and organize workers. Our goal is to amplify the voices and strengthen the collective power of the entertainment workers in our city, ensuring fair representation, higher pay, better working conditions, and a stronger voice for everyone in our community.

Our organizing style emphasizes equality, mutual aid, and shared decision-making. We operate without hierarchies or centralized leadership, believing that power and responsibility should be distributed among all members. This approach ensures that every voice is valued and that our actions reflect the collective will of the group.

Together, we’re organizing to create a more equitable and empowered future for the people behind the magic.

Studying the past as we look to the future

Teaching and preserving the history of workers’ rights and labor activism is a key component of our mission. The struggles of workers, from the Haymarket martyrs and the Pullman Strike to the Bread and Roses Strike and the rise of the IWW, are more than just historical events—they are powerful reminders of the resilience, courage, and solidarity that define the labor movement. These moments illustrate the fight for fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignity on the job as not only economic battles but as acts of social justice rooted in class-consciousness. Understanding this history helps organizers see how workers have always been at the forefront of challenging inequality and oppression. By connecting our current struggles to these past victories, we strengthen the bridge between labor rights and broader movements for equity and justice. Teaching this history is essential to keeping the spirit of solidarity alive and ensuring that our fight for workers’ rights remains a powerful force for social change.

We know organizing can feel overwhelming, especially when management tries to sow doubt and fear. But we also know how powerful workers can be when they stand together. By offering emotional, educational, and logistical support, we help performers and stage workers stay united, confident, and prepared to vote “yes” when it’s time to make your voices heard.
